Naveen is the Chief Executive Officer of Dar Al Fouad Hospital 6 October, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across Healthcare, Manufacturing, and IT-enabled Services. He has led major transformation programs in operational efficiency, supply chain performance, and large-scale infrastructure expansion across India, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region. Known for blending strategic direction with hands-on execution, he has consistently delivered strong organizational performance in complex and fast-evolving environments. Before joining Dar Al-Fouad Hospital, Naveen served at Reliance Industries—India’s largest conglomerate and a Fortune Global 100 company—where he contributed to operational transformation and enterprise-wide service delivery improvements. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Max Healthcare, Toluna, GE, and FIAT, where he led initiatives in business transformation, workflow optimization, and service excellence across diverse sectors. Naveen holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from Duke–IIM University.
